In the role of Commercial Manager, you will have overall responsibility for developing and optimizing our property portfolio, with a particular focus on customer relationships and tenant needs. You will work with properties in, among others, Norrköping, Linköping, and Mälardalen, which means travel as a natural part of your everyday life.

• Create value in the property portfolio and for our tenants
• Negotiate and renegotiate existing lease agreements
• Be responsible for the budget and business plan for revenues for each property
• Actively work for sustainable customer solutions with satisfied tenants
• Follow up on customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
• Be responsible for renting out vacant premises
• Together with the Technical Manager and Property Manager, take overall responsibility for the properties

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, such as a commercial manager or leasing agent
• Good knowledge of lease law
• Driving license (B)

• Relevant education in property management, economics, or law
• Experience with customer responsibility and sales
• Experience from the logistics industry
